Dear colleague:
You have been invited to participate in an exciting online survey designed to better understand the way teachers are using documentation practices in their classrooms. This survey will be available through the link below for a short period of time and your participation is important so please take a few moments and complete the survey to share your views and experiences.
You will be asked to describe and discuss the way you use documentation in your own practice. This will involve sharing your habits for collaboration, reflection and other classroom practices. All of this information will be self-reported in an on-line survey. The research will be conducted by Julianne Wurm, using SurveyMonkey as the tool to collect your responses. The research will be conducted on-line.
